Ice Cream Substitute

So tonight for dinner I made a new recipe, which I have to say I'm super excited about sharing with you tonight.

Ingredients:

1 boneless/skinless chicken breast
2 tsp. fresh ground pepper (split)
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 can of Pepsi
1 bag of frozen stir fry vegetables or what ever vegetables you would like
1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs. minced garlic (split)
1 pinch of salt

Instructions:

Put together the chicken, Pepsi, 1 tsp ground pepper, paprika, 1 tbs. garlic, and red pepper flakes into a loaf pan.  Let the ingredients sit out for about six hours until the chicken is at least defrosted, then preheat the oven to 350 and put the chicken in for about 30-45 minutes until cooked.  Yes keep it in the Pepsi mixture.  While the Chicken is cooking pull out a medium sized pan and add your extra virgin olive oil to the pan with medium high heat.  Add to the oil the rest of ground pepper, garlic, and salt to the pan let heat for about 5 minutes then add the vegetables and cook until done.  After chicken and vegetables mixture is cooked  cut up chicken and add to the vegetables with some of the Pepsi mixture on top. Enjoy!

Now for my wonderful favorite new secret dessert!  How many of you have a sweet tooth while your dieting or trying to eat healthy?  Well here is a great dessert, Whole Fruit Sorbet, my personal favorite is the Raspberry!  The best part is that its only 120 calories per serving, how great is that!  It also comes in peach flavor.  I love ice cream every once in a while but it is super high in sugar and in calories, this is a perfect way to substitute that unhealthy craving!
